Recently, I had my entire house re-roofed due to damage caused by a tree trimming incident. I must commend the team at Thomas Family Roofing & Construction for their exceptional service. The team, which included Roger, Leonard, and Miguel, treated me with utmost respect and professionalism, far beyond my expectations. Not only did they successfully re-roof my house, but they also repaired my storm door, side gate, and wooden back gate. A new gutter system was installed as well, all handled with great care and consideration for my yard and plants. They maintained clear communication with me throughout the project, going above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with their work. Their dedication to quality service was evident in every aspect of their work, making this one of the best experiences I've had with any team working on my property. They also ensured the daily clean-up was thorough, minimizing any risk to my dog from stray nails. I can't overstate my high recommendation for their services, whether it's roofing, gutter installation, or general repairs. When I reached out to Thomas Family Roofing & Construction, they promptly scheduled an appointment for me. Jorge was punctual and provided me with comprehensive details about the roofing services I was to receive, which was crucial considering my tight budget. A few weeks later, Leonard and Miguel arrived to carry out the roofing work. They were incredibly polite and went above and beyond in their service. I encountered a minor issue with water drainage, but upon my call, they returned the very next day to rectify the issue at no extra cost. These guys at Thomas Family Roofing & Construction are truly impressive. I reached out and Leonard, one of the actual owners, came over. Initially, I was a bit unsure, expecting a lengthy pitch from a salesman, but it was nothing like that. Leonard was candid and his personality is excellent. He gave me a price quote on the spot which was competitive with other estimates I had received. Then, Jorge, the other owner, arrived with his team, demonstrating professionalism and ensuring that my siding and new plants were not damaged. After they finished the roofing job, my yard in San Marcos was even cleaner than before they began work. I would highly recommend these guys, they are outstanding!

Thomas Family Roofing & Construction was a delight to work with, right from the get-go! I initially contacted them for a critical roof repair. Ayden promptly addressed the situation and maintained clear communication throughout the entire process. He took the time to patiently respond to all my queries. The quote for roof replacement was quite fair, which made me choose that over a simple repair (which was also priced reasonably). The entire team was highly professional and maintained clear communication at all stages, and once again, answered any questions I had. Dealing with roof repairs and replacements can be quite nerve-wracking, but this company made it a breeze. I am beyond satisfied with their work. My roof looks fantastic! I wholeheartedly endorse their services, especially if you're in San Marcos.
