After serious hail storm yet again in my neighborhood my insurance company was giving me nothing but problems I'm talking a real headache. Chuck came in and handled everything. I had reached a point where I threw my hands up and just gave up but thanks to him I have a brand new roof and the insurance company stopped screwing me over. I cannot recommend Chuck highly enough. If you need somebody you can trust this is your guy. I recommend never speaking to the insurance companies at all just call him and let him do what he does best. Thank you Chuck I really appreciate you.

We had a great experience with Ja-Mar roofing when the metal roof blew off our large shop building. The rep who responded, Jeff Huggins, treated this project like it was his own home. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Jeff went above and beyond while we were waiting for the new roof to be put on. He made extra visits to personally help prevent additional water from getting into the building when we were expecting rain. The new roof looks great and is more water tight than ever now. Would immediately call Jeff again if we ever have another roofing issue.

After the last severe rains that we had in Buda, we noticed water was coming in around our vent hood area and collecting above the microwave. Our roof is only 4 years old. It was done by a roofing company that is no longer in business so we called Ja-Mar Roofing to inspect. Brian came out and diagnosed the issue of inadequate flashing and shingling around the area. He fixed the issue right away at no cost. He provided great service and explained everything. I would recommend Ja-Mar Roofing for your roof needs!

Jeff came to give us a bid in a really timely manner (and this was right after the big hailstorm in May 2024); we needed new screws in an aging metal roof. He didn't overbid the job or tell us we needed more than we actually needed. The crew was polite and conscientious about keeping all the old screws out of the driveway and the shrubbery. No mess at all. Communicative about when they would be doing the job and what time they would show up.

I felt they were knowledgeable and knew the weather that happens in area, along with the best material for not just a roof, but a roof solution that they design to work best together. The workers were courteous and worked relentlessly in this heat. Compared to other roofing companies that scavenged the area after our hail storm, our new roof quality stands out in my neighborhood.They let me know who was in charge and supervising the crew. Even sent a senior level person days later after job was done who got on roof and gave it another look to make sure all was good. The reason 4 stars is the office staff. I had to call to confirm that my job was happening as scheduled. Then the day of no workers, no call nothing. I called and was told workers hadn't finished last job and wouldn't be showing up and instead would come following day. I had to scramble to make new last minute plans. Would have been nice to at least get a text or some insight, or when I called to confirm- they could have told me there was a chance that job might not happen on scheduled day. Also my job was from insurance claim, which they knew. I received first insurance check. Had to pay my deductible which is expected cost. Then they wanted the 2nd insurance check to pay total amount after work was done. I hadn't received 2nd check nor did I expect to receive until I submit invoice for the roof job they had just done. The good is they are working with me. I am waiting to receive final insurance check, and they do take credit card payment with a 3% charge.
