Donna Wilder5 StarMy experience with Green Knight was seamless. I wanted to use a company that exclusively installed metal roofs and had some longevity in the business. Green Knight had a high percentage of very positive reviews from multiple sites so they were the first company I called and felt no need to continue my search. Sales team member Brett was very informative, answered all my questions and was able to give me a great recommendation of color choice for the roof. I appreciated that I did not have the high pressure salesman experience. He was able to give me some accurate timelines on the start to finish of the project.
Installation was very smooth. I had a hard working very skilled crew who not only focused on installing but on the abundant debris removal.
Ryan the project manager did a post installation walk through with me and addressed some small issues in a very timely thorough manner. Green Knight customer service definitely gets an A+.
