Tom did a great job of getting my roof repaired after a bad hail storm. He and his crew were professional and great to work with. He met the insurance adjuster at my home and discussed any issues with him at that time. He also handled any contact with my insurance company. Great experience.Paid Insurance deductible. I like the look of the shingles, color and ridges.

I have always had a seamless experience working with Todd and his team for the last 10 years now. The team showcased their professionalism and capability during the hail storm that hit our house in Spring 2024. Multiple neighborhood houses had roof damages and insurance claims were a painful bottleneck for most of the home owners. Driftwood Builders has been great to work with. We had our roof replaced because of Hail Damage. Driftwood gave us a very reasonable estimate. We had “shopped” two other builders. We selected Driftwood because the pricing given was reasonable. And instead of focusing on what they could do to reduce the amount we paid in deductible, they focused on the quality of the work AND gave a reasonable cost. After a couple of years, we developed a small leak around one of the dormers. Driftwood Builders came out the next day and by the end of the week, they had replaced the under payment plywood and a section of the roof. Following that they repainted the interior ceiling. We were impressed that they really replaced a larger section of roof than necessary to make sure the leak was permanently repaired. Highly recommend Driftwood Builders!

Driftwood Builders was recommended to me by my neighbor. I’m so glad I contacted them, my experience with them was awesome! Chris S. was my contact at Driftwood Builders. Chris was always on time for meetings, he was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and walked me thru the pricing and the insurance claims process. Driftwood Builders meeting with my insurance adjuster at my house and other follow-up was a huge help. Chris was on hand multiple times throughout the installation and kept me informed on progress and any findings. The roofing crew did a great job on the install and cleanup. The roof replacement was completed in 1 day and looks great! I would definitely recommend Driftwood Builders to others and I would work with them again in the future.
